Evolution of MankindThe evolution of mankind is the process of change in a certain direction. The nation in which we live, has set aside its status as "one nation under God" to evolve into that which is contrary to God's standard for mankind. In the very first Book of the Bible we are told of the wickedness of man and God's displeasure. And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And the Lord was sorry that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart (Genesis 6:5-8).
Lost - Unbelieving - BlindedLet us pray that man will realize his perilous position, his compromising disregard towards the Word of God, and allow the light of the Gospel to shine unto him, bringing hope in the midst of despair, and not continue on his uncharted path toward self-destruct. Let this nation, as a whole, return to the God of its birth, to evolve into a state of acceptance rather than being lost, unbelieving, and blinded.This nation is headed in the wrong direction. It has deviated from its original walk. The fullness of God's Word has been rejected for an easier walk, one that consumes the previously unconsumed. It has hearkened to the words of its enemy, allowing subtle words to infiltrate the heart to bring about consumption of the forbidden fruit. What Path Is Being Forged?What path is being forged? What avenue is being pursued? Will it eventually bring about God's wrath? Will the evolution of this nation continue in its present path or will realization come into focus of the error of its way? Questions, as yet, unanswered.Let us allow the fruitfulness of God's Word to be planted securely in our heart and life that none may wrestle it away form us. Let our state of mind evolve into the concept of that Word with no compromise coming into focus.
