UNTAPPED RESOURCESThere are untapped resources available to us. Our Lord said, he that believes on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do (John 14:12-13). This statement tells us that there are untapped resources available to the believer; greater works because Christ's ministry was primarily to Israel. His followers were going to reach the limits of the world. The promise is unlimited resources to do the work of the Lord. Luke tells us that our Lord read from the book of the prophet Isaiah in saying: the Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to heal the broken hearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are oppressed; to preach the acceptable year of the Lord. And he then said, this day is this scripture fulfilled in your hearing (Luke 4:16-21). The untapped resources to that point had not been utilized. But the Spirit of the Lord opened the door for Jesus' ministry to begin in the manner that the Scriptures foretold as far back as the prophet Isaiah. That same source is available today, to be tapped into, through the Spirit of the Lord, to the one who is able to receive it. Tapping Into God's ResourcesIf you have yet to tap into the untapped resources let today be the day. If you are a believer in Christ, steadfast and unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, you may have already tapped those resources and are seeing God moving mightily in your life. To God be the glory.Let us tap into the resources available to us through God's Word, as believers in Christ, and walk in accordance with that blessed Word. One person can accomplish much in walking in accordance with God's precepts. Remember Jesus said, this day is this scripture fulfilled in your hearing - previously untapped resources were taped into and so it can be with you if you are a believer in Christ and are living a life that radiates in Him.
