I will repay is an assurance from God that the evilness of man will not go unnoticed; nor last forever. We are witnessing an upheaval in social disorder, disregard for sanctity of life, an attempt to institute a socialistic style government; and the list goes on and on!
Scripture reveals: The Lord brings the counsel of the heathen (nations) to nought: he makes the devices (plans) of the people of no effect (Psalm 33:10). From the place of his habitation he looks upon all the inhabitants of the earth (Psalm 33:14).
There is an effort to control the minds of the youth through indoctrination of ideologies that introduce Marxism, Socialism, and Communism. It was noted that any country grounded in Christian values cannot be overthrown until those roots are cut. To change culture; a long march through the institutions is necessary, only then will power fall into our laps. Socialism will triumph by first capturing the culture via infiltration of schools, universities, churches and the media by transforming the consciousness of society (Antonio Gramsci).
My object in life (Marxism) is to dethrone God and destroy capitalism (Karl Marx). We are seeing a similar movement to the tactic Hitler used to disunity Germany. We are seeing an attempt to discredit family as an institution, control the schools, break down the cultural standards of morality, infiltrate the press, and discredit the Bible. The reason why such attempts gain momentum: Because the mass of citizens fail to exercise their responsibility and remain silent.
Scripture reveals: It is a righteous thing with God to recompense (I will repay category) tribulation to them that trouble you (2 Thessalonians 1:6). It was noted that there may be those who troubles mind and body, person and property, through cruel mocking, imprisonment, beatings, and cruel torturing death. It is certain that those instituting such practices shall have indignation and wrath, tribulation and anguish, be cast into outer darkness (place called Hell), into the lake of fire being their portion, having not escaped the eternal punishment of God.
Scripture reveals: Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man sows, that shall he also reap (Galatians 6:7). For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness ad righteousness of men, who hold (suppress) the truth in unrighteousness (Romans 1:18). I will repay is an assurance that the ungodly will not escape divine punishment; unless repentance comes into focus, prior to Judgment Day.
Scripture reveals: Say not, I will recompense evil (I will repay category); but wait on the Lord, and he shall save you (Proverbs 20:22). It was noted that private revenge is not to be taken, but left to God, to whom vengeance belongs. But wait on the Lord, leave it with him to avenge wrongs, wait upon him to do justice.
Scripture reveals: Avenge not yourselves, but rather give place to wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord (Romans 12:19). This refers to the fact that vengeance belongs to God, and to him only; unless it be magistrates under God, who are revenges and executioners of His wrath on wicked men; otherwise it solely belongs to God.
It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God (Hebrews 10:31). This reveals the severity and certainty of God's judgment (I will repay category) upon the wicked and unrepentant in heart. This can be concluded from God's hatred of sin; from His purity, holiness, and justice, His faithfulness to His Word, and the notice He takes of sin.
Jonathan Edwards sermon, "Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God" contains these words: Consider the fearful danger that you are in: You hang by a slender thread, with the flames of divine wrath flashing about it, and ready at every moment to singe it, and burn it asunder; and you have no interest in any mediator, and nothing to hold on to to save yourself, nothing to keep away the flames of wrath, nothing you can do to induce God to spare you one moment.
Those words still ring loud and clear today, to endangered souls who are about to descend into eternity without the benefit of a Savior, unless repentance comes into focus prior to that day. I will repay is a certainty if one dies with unforgiven sin in their life; or have rejected Christ as their Lord and Savior.
Scripture reveals: He that believes on the Son (the Lord Jesus Christ) has everlasting life: and he that believes not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abides (remains) on him (John 3:36). God sent not his Son to condemn the world; but that the world, through him might be saved. He that believes on him is not condemned; but he that believes not is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God (John 3:17-18).
Scripture reveals: The righteous shall be recompensed (rewarded) in the earth: much more the wicked and the sinner (Proverbs 11:31). To me belongs vengeance, and recompense (I will repay category): their foot shall side in due time; for the day of their calamity is at hand, and the things that shall come upon them make haste (Deuteronomy 32:35).
Those seeking to undermine godly ways will pay a high price for their fruitless effort; and it will not be at man's hand but God's supreme power and might which will lead to the destruction in His time; as indicated in the fact their foot shall slide, not longer to undertake its destructive steps.
It was noted that the righteous shall be recompensed (rewarded) in the earth; a reward for the righteous, in keeping the commandments of God; a promise in this life, as well as that which is to come. However, not only will the wicked be punished on earth, as they often are, but in Hell for all eternity; with no way of escape.
Scripture reveals: According to their deeds, according he will repay, fury to his adversaries, recompense to his enemies; to the islands (coastlands) he will recompense (repay) (Isaiah 59:18). He repays them that hate him to their face, to destroy them: he will not be slack (delay) to him that hates him, he will repay him to his face (Deuteronomy 7:10).
It was noted that they will not be able to make any resistance; God will punish them that hate him, who are bold, impudent sinners, as the men of Sodom were. He will not deter the execution of His judgment and vengeance, which may seem to slumber and linger, but will quickly and openly be repaid.
It was noted that Napoleon, the French Emperor, one of the greatest military geniuses of all time, stated: The World suffers not because of the violence done by the wicked but because the righteous keep silence.
This is why a cultural change is being allowed due to the silence of many; with the structural makeup of democracy and capitalism being placed on the chopping block. There is an attempt being made to override democracy though Socialism; spreading of such through Critical Race Theory, progressive ways that institute a new world order, and all disguised to enhance Marxism, Socialism, and Communism. Some voices are speaking out in order to stem the tide but far too few!
Ruling by consent has been defined as that of wealthy, and powerful elite, who seek to maintain control over the lower classes; protecting their ideologies with a call towards acceptance, through indoctrination, until acceptance comes as being normal and even desirable.
Though this is being dressed up as the new norm; many are swallowing the bait, failing to recognize its destructive nature. I will repay assures that God sees all, knows all, and in His time will punish, and bring to nought, those seeking to undermine His Word!
God's Word gives assurance that the righteous of the good shall be repaid; that is, God shall do it (I will repay category); for all the good things they have done, from a right principle, and to a right end; for all the things they have suffered for righteousness' sake, a reward of grace shall be given them.
God instructed King Solomon: Hear you from heaven, and do, and judge my servants, by requiting (bringing retribution) to the wicked, by recompensing his way upon his own head; and by justifying the righteous, giving him according to his righteousness (2 Chronicles 6:23); thus instituting the "I will repay" category for both the righteous and unrighteous!
