Battle of humanity appears to be on a slippery slope as new atrocities come into the fold.  There is little regard towards humanity when it comes to the unborn who are in the hands of merciless killers under the label of a woman's right.

The termination of a live viable life within the womb can now, in some places, be accomplished right up to the moment of birth.  If that atrocity is not enough; there are ongoing policies, with lax requirements, towards legalized doctor-assisted suicides.  (Comment)

Another battle of humanity that seems to be failing is morality (or lack thereof)!  When it comes to the morality of man it seems to have been pushed aside.  The vilest nature of man is being pursued even though it is considered an abomination in the sight of God.

One such abomination, clearly identified in God's Word, is being openly proclaimed and practiced.  Scripture reveals that the woman did exchange the nature use into that which is against nature.  And likewise the men, leaving the nature use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another, men with men working that which is shameful (Romans 1:26-27).

Scripture goes on to describe other failings in the battle of humanity:  Those filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness, haters of God, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, without understanding, and unmerciful (Romans 1:29-31).

There is an onrush of ungodly activity that leaves little doubt towards the result for allowing such to become a part of human nature.  Scripture reveals:  Wherefore God gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts to dishonor their own bodies between themselves (Romans 1:24). As they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, he gave them over to a reprobate mind to do those things which are not convenient (Romans 1:28).

In the battle of humanity there is a failing towards our youth, in allowing them, at a very tender young age, to be influenced by the ungodly.  Rather than being taught the Word of God to avoid the pitfalls of man; their mind  is bombarded by the vilest nature of man.

Such is not only being taught in our public schools but programmed by electronic means geared towards accepting the ungodly traits of today.  Battle of humanity is a huge issue that needs to be reckoned with; to not allow the erosion of a once godly nation concept.

A biblical example of what the flirtation with ungodliness can do; is given in Scripture concerning Lot:  For that righteous man dwelling among them (in Sodom), in seeing and hearing, tormented his righteous soul from day to day with the unlawful deeds (2 Peter 2:8).

Some of the evil deeds being committed, during that period of time, are overwhelmingly being committed today.  Sodom was destroyed by God, making it an example to those that afterward should live ungodly (2 Peter 2:6).

In the battle of humanity we are seeing an influx of ungodly deeds being committed that are promoted by laws and rulings.  There is a darkness that is attempting to diminish the marvelous light of the Gospel.

There is a permissiveness, even within many churches, that is allowing flirtation with the world to manifest itself through acceptance rather than rejection.  Many churches have become more of a social gathering, with worldly entertainment, than the worship of the Lord in a sanctified spirit.

Partaking of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, through the deception of the serpent (a tool of Satan), was first accomplished by Eve, and then Adam (Genesis 3:6)

Many are partaking of the forbidden fruit today through deceptive devices of Satan.  Sin is inviting; and so much the more, through electronic devices of today.  It has been said that sin will do three things in one's life: It will take one where they never intended to go.  It will keep one longer than they intended to stay.  It will cost one more than they intended to pay.

Sin is a costly business that separates people from God.  Scripture identifies the pattern of sin:  Every man is tempted when he is drawn away of his own lust (or desire) and enticed.  Then when lust has conceived, it gives birth to sin, when it is full-grown brings forth death (James 1:14-15).  Whereas, genuine repentance brings forgiveness and restoration with God.

In dealing with a problem in the church, the apostle Paul said:  If the trumpet give an uncertain sound, who shall prepare himself to the battle (1 Corinthians 14:8).  Many churches are no longer hearing the call for sanctification (being set apart unto God), righteousness, and holiness without which no man shall see the Lord (Hebrews 12:14).

The Laodicean church, spoken of in the Book of Revelation (3:16), a lukewarm church, has come into the midst, accepted by many, with little endearment towards the holiness concept of yesteryear.

Scripture reveals that Jesus gave himself for the church; that he might sanctify (or set it apart) and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word.  That he might present it to himself a glorious church not having spot or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish (Ephesians 5:25-27).

Many churches, in Third World nations, are coming into the newness of the Gospel, receiving of God's Spirit, and walking in the newness of life spoken of in God's Word (Romans 6:4).  They are experiencing the freshness of God's Spirit in their daily walk with Him.  The battle of humanity is of a victorious nature in them through Christ.

One day the battle of humanity will end with the victorious coming of Christ.  Scripture reveals that Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied saying, the Lord comes with ten thousands of his saints, to execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken again him.

These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaking great swelling words, having men's persons in admiration because of advantage (Jude 1:14-16).   Out of his mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule over them with a rod of iron.  And he has on his robe and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS (Revelation 19:15-16)

A whirlwind of deception has fallen on many nations; but one day recognition of the truth of God's Word; and its fulfillment, will become a reality, but for many it shall be too late.
