Product of the world are those who have become addicted to sin and wickedness through various means made available. Their affections are not on things above (Colossians 3:2) but rather the things of this world. They have become immersed in, and under the power of such, influenced by electronic devices, and other sources.
We are seeing ungodliness running rampant; with many not understanding why. They do not realize that they are the product of a worldly environment; being under ungodly influences, through various means, used as Satan's tools of deception to lock one into his influence. (Comment)
The friendship of the world is enmity with God. Whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God (James 4:4). Instead of loving God with all one's heart, soul, body, and mind one's affection has been set on the product of the world. Whoever finds themselves captivated by such are at odds with God.
Scripture reveals that one who has given their life over to the Lord; no longer should live in the flesh; to the lusts of men, but to the will of God; not walking in lasciviousness (immorality), drunkenness, revelings, and abominable idolatries (1 Peter 4:2-3).
The product of the world is evidenced by much of humanity being caught up in the characteristics of: Adultery, fornication (sex outside biblical marriage), uncleanness, lasciviousness (or sexual immorality), wrath, dissensions, hatred, contentions, jealousies, dissensions, heresies, envying, murders, drunkenness, revelings, and such like. They which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God (Galatians 5:19-21).
The believer in Christ is to possess the fruit of the Spirit: Love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, meekness, and temperance (Galatians 5:22). Such an individual is not the product of the world but of God! Those who are caught up in the characteristics of the world; and its ungodliness, need to come to the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
One is to flee youthful lusts; follow righteousness, faith, love, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart (2 Timothy 2:22). For in the last days (which we are in) perilous times shall come.
Men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy. Without natural affection, truce-breakers, false accusers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of those that are good (2 Timothy 3:1-3).
We are seeing the flood gates of Hell open (Isaiah 5:14) to receive those who would come into its grip, influenced by worldliness that has engulfed many a nation. The characteristics of the last days are in abundance with the seed of righteousness being pushed aside; even by the church in many cases.
There is a demonic influence that infiltrates the lives of many. Satan knows that he has but a short while and is wreaking havoc in these last days (Revelation 12:12). We are seeing hideous actions being performed, under the influence of his devilment, by those who have become a product of the world and not of God!
Many, in this world are addicted to sin, and wickedness, giving themselves over to it, being immersed in it, and under the power of it. There are electronic devices that add flavoring; in many nations, even in the church, towards consuming ungodliness that flows freely at the touch of a button.
Such electronic devices can be of value, when properly used, but can become of a harmful influence also by helping introduce worldliness, and ungodliness, into one's field of perception. Scripture reveals that the believer is to let their light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven (Matthew 5:16). When one allows worldliness, or ungodliness, to take hold; it weakens their relationship with God, and being a light to others.
Scripture reveals the state of man prior to the return of Christ: As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man (or the Lord's coming): They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.
Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built: but the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. Even so shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed (Luke 17:26-30).
Life went on as the people ignored the warnings of God's Watchmen, being caught up in God's wrath and judgment! The product of the world; a cultivation of a worldly lifestyle, the sinfulness of man, the acclaim of such a life, is very much prevalent in these latter days.
You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt has lost its flavor, by what shall it be salted? It is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under the foot of men (Matthew 5:13).
A bible commentary noted: You are indicates that only the genuine born-again believer is salt and can help meet the needs of the world. Salt adds flavoring, acts as preservative, melt coldness, and heals wounds. This is a very appropriate description of the believer in Christ in their relationship to the world.
Such are no longer a product of the world but of a godly nature; who live in the world, but are not attached to it in the same manner as a non-believer.

The freshness of God's Spirit is prevalent, to the believer, when one's focus is on God and the Lord Jesus Christ!
As a roaring lion is used as a biblical reference to one's enemy; and as such is a descriptive narrative used many times in God's Word.
Avalanche of ungodliness is an overwhelming influence that has far surpassed the pre-Flood, Sodom and Gomorrah era, and the fall of Babylon.
